Description

The RX-1 egg breaking machine uses a self-adjusting gravity-fed feeder equipped with a specially designed roller system to transport eggs to the breaking section. The machine's high performance is achieved thanks to the use of innovative and modern breaking mechanisms. The machine breaks eggshells using specially designed knives, mimicking the action of human hands. This hygienic method of breaking eggs is an innovation from OVO-TECH. The eggs then pass through a high-quality control tray and slide down a separator ramp to separate the yolk from the white. After completion, the machine can be cleaned using a built-in CIP system. The machine is made of EN 1.4301 (AISI 304) stainless steel.

Water connection and drainage are required to ensure the efficient operation of the Clean-in-Place (CIP) system. If the egg quality is poor and the yolk is to be separated from the white, the eggs must be cooled to below 14°C (57°F) before cracking. We recommend a simple egg quality test. All parts of our machines that come into contact with the eggs are made of EN 1.4301 (AISI 304) stainless steel.
