RX-0 egg breaker (self-cleaning)

Description

The RX-0 egg cracker uses a self-adjusting gravity-fed feeder equipped with a specially designed roller system to transport the eggs to the cracking section. The machine's high performance is achieved thanks to the use of innovative and modern cracking mechanisms. The machine cracks the eggshells using specially designed knives, mimicking the action of human hands. This hygienic method of cracking eggs is an innovation from OVO-TECH. The eggs then pass through a high-quality control tray and slide down a separation chute, where the yolk is separated from the white. After completion of the process, the machine can be cleaned using a built-in CIP system. The machine is made of EN 1.4301 (AISI 304) stainless steel.

Water must be connected and drained to ensure efficient operation of the Clean-in-Place (CIP) system. If the egg quality is poor and the yolk is to be separated from the white, the eggs must be cooled to below 14°C (57°F) before cracking. We recommend a simple egg quality test. All parts of our machines that come into contact with eggs are made of EN 1.4301 (AISI 304) stainless steel.
