The UDTJ-5 (Eggsomatic-5000) egg cracker is a modern, semi-automatic device that revolutionizes the production of fresh liquid eggs. With its ability to crack eggs in batches of 90, a single cycle yields approximately 5 liters of liquid eggs, ideal for various culinary applications. After each batch is prepared, simply open the machine, empty the internal filter with the shells, and begin a new cracking cycle. The Eggsomatic-5000 is used in hotels, bars, breakfast restaurants, and anywhere where quick, high-quality liquid eggs are essential.
