An automatic unit designed for producing rolled and non-rolled bread from soft or firm dough. Equipped with a feeding belt, adjustable cutting system, and one or two forming rollers (formaters). Supports one-, two-, or three-row operation with flexible settings for dough weight and production speed. Built from durable stainless steel with a side-mounted control panel.
Production Capacity :
Single row: from 350 to 2750 pieces/hour – weight per piece: 75 to 640 g
Double row: from 700 to 4500 pieces/hour – weight per piece: 40 to 320 g
Triple row: from 1400 to 9540 pieces/hour (depending on configuration) – weight per piece: 25 to 220 g
