Timeframe:
Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
Condition:
Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the same packaging.
Exceptions:
Customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error on our part.
Process:
Contact us through the app or email with photos of the issue.
Requests are reviewed within 2–3 business days. If approved, a courier will collect the item.
Refund Method:
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received.
